In response to reading Sara’s goals decided I should have some detailed goals myself.

- 5K early season under 25 min.
- Half Ironman - under 6 hours (which means cutting off 30 minutes from 2006 results) (note: must buy tri-bike, must throw away crappy Trek road bike)
- Marathon - do it in 4 hours (this might not be do-able, but I’m really going to try)
- Run more trail races in the running series or in Vail.
- 2 Sprint or Olympic distance Triathlons
